The Opportunity
We’re looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who enjoy communicating with others and providing helpful, professional support. In this remote position, you’ll connect with union members and their families to help them understand available benefit programs, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.
The position is 100% work from home, with member interactions handled through virtual appointments, phone conversations, and online communication. New team members receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and continued support as they develop in the role.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Connect with members through inbound inquiries and scheduled outreach
Coordinate and conduct virtual appointments
Learn about each member’s needs and priorities
Review available benefit programs and explain options clearly
Answer questions and provide accurate program information
Guide members through online applications and enrollment paperwork
Follow up with members throughout the process
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
