What You'll Do

• Assist customers with general insurance questions and needs.
• Make outbound calls and prospect for new business.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Support day-to-day agency and insurance activities.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Learn insurance products, systems, and agency processes.
• Participate in training and coaching.

What We're Looking For
