Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for an individual who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
• Process orders, returns, and customer requests accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and complete issue resolution
• Meet established service and performance standards

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or client support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or order management systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
