Our high-volume insurance agency is seeking a
motivated Full-Time Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a

on-site position; remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to inbound callers
- Assist clients with policy questions, updates, and service needs
- Maintain accurate customer records using agency management systems
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Clear and confident phone communication
- Proficient computer and typing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
Location: Brick/Lakewood Border — convenient access to the Garden State Parkway
