Pay: $21 Per Hour
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What You Will Be Doing:
- Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Assisting customers with billing questions, providing clarification on charges, payments, and account status
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to calmly and professionally handle escalated phone calls
- Proficient with basic computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable working on multiple tasks at once
