Location: Fort Collins

Job Duties
 

• Responsible for primary contact with the company’s consumer inquiries, which include email, phone, chat, and written correspondence
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Maintains a high level of customer support by providing professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service at all times
• Provide product knowledge and technical support
• Achieves and maintains customer service levels and KPI goals
