Customer Service Representative

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a successful distribution company in Durham, NC. We are looking for candidates that can provide customers with courteous customer service in person or over the phone; strive to retain present customers and develop new business by extending professional and efficient service and suggesting additional services and products to serve customers’ needs.

Process orders for truck deliveries, LTL, FedEx, UPS and customer pickups.
Process customer returns.
Quote product prices to customers.
Process replacement orders.
Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
Assist in filling out deviati9on, stock forecast, machine repair, and designated stock forms
Manage order portal systems for customers order retrieval and invoice uploads
Investigate and correct any problems or issues with customer orders
Build effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.
Maintain knowledge of changes to product environment, product competition, and customer business environment.
Maintain product files and knowledge of inventory levels.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
