What a Customer Service Representative does
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of the brands our client represents at live retail campaigns and promotional events. You will:

• Greet customers and start friendly conversations
• Explain products, services, and current promotions
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solution
• Guide customers through the sales and sign-up process
• Work with your team to hit individual and team sales goals
• Keep the promotional space clean, organized, and inviting

What we're looking for
