Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Clubhouse Attendants to join our client's hospitality team. In this role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our client's clubhouse. for a 1 month contract.
There are 2 PT positions available -
PT 1 - Monday - Friday - 3:00pm - 9:00pm
PT2 - Saturday - Sunday - Flexible hours between 7:30am - 8:00pm (You may choose any 6 - 8 hour periods of work)
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about clubhouse amenities and activities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and management of events, including setup and breakdown
Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving conflicts efficiently to ensure satisfaction
Ensure safety standards are upheld by monitoring pool areas as a lifeguard when applicable
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas to uphold a welcoming environment
Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
Experience
Previous experience in high contact customer service environment.
Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns diplomatically
Background in resort operations is beneficial
Excellent public speaking abilities for hosting activities or providing information sessions
