Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator

We are hiring a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to assist customers, coordinate daily service schedules, and support communication between customers and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate service requests
• Dispatch assignments to field teams
• Update customer and scheduling records
• Provide general customer service support

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good organizational skills
