About the Role We are looking for a Customer Sales Director to focus on an at-scale strategy to support, retain, and grow a mix of our Commercial and Enterprise customer base. This role is a hybrid-based role in Austin, Texas.
What Youll Do Build a strategic plan to drive expansion in a portfolio of Commercial and Enterprise accounts Manage multiple sales cycles and customer campaigns targeting Analytics Engineering, Data Platform, and Data Governance personas Protect renewals by monitoring account signals, deepening executive alignment, and helping customers realize consistent value
What You'll Need Have 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets Have experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to constant change Possesses strong consultative selling skills, engaging effectively with both technical and business audiences Are proactive and organized, capable of independently managing a diverse book of business
