State Farm Insurance Agent now hiring for a Customer Retention/Service Rep-State Farm Agent Team Member.

Insurance Licenses:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license REQUIRED
Life & Health license preferred


Experience:
State Farm Insurance Agency experience highly preferred


About the Role:
We’re hiring a State Farm Agent team member to join our office as a generalist. You’ll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversations—not “one-and-done” work.


What You’ll Do:
️ Help Current Policyholders

• Handle customer service inquiries with accuracy and care
• Address gaps during conversations by asking relevant questions
• Offer/maximize discounts when available (where permitted)
• Help customers upgrade coverage to protect what matters
• Pivot to additional products when appropriate

️ Help New Prospects


Handle new leads from:

• referrals
• call-ins / walk-ins
• social media
• internet leads
• StateFarm.com leads
• and other sources
