Reliable attendance and professional image — you show up on time, polished, and ready
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy

Strong empathy paired with sales drive — you read the customer and adjust accordingly
Confident handling complaints and concerns on the spot — you resolve, you don't deflect
Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus in South Florida markets
