Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Education Program Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Plymouth, MN. Details for the position are as follows:
 
Job Description:
  • Pay: $27 – 29/hr (W2)
  • 11-month assignment with potential to extend or convert based on performance and business need
  • 100% onsite in Plymouth, MN
  • You will provide back-end program coordination and operational support for customer education initiatives, helping ensure engagements are accurately tracked, organized, and completed
  • Support the administrative and operational follow-through from client calls, meetings, and events, including updating records, coordinating next steps, and maintaining program documentation
  • Manage CRM tools and databases to track customer engagements, attendees, program details, and other relevant information
  • Build and maintain tracking systems, spreadsheets, and reports to support program visibility, data accuracy, and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate registration data, attendee information, physician contracting documentation, and other program-related records
  • Help identify gaps in existing processes and develop new workflows, templates, and tracking methods to improve how the team operates
  • Prepare and maintain reporting on program activity, engagement metrics, and other operational data
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with back-end program coordination, event operations, customer education, or administrative sypport
  • Experience managing CRM tools and databases, including tracking, reporting, and data management
  • Strong organizational and project management skill with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on outstanding items
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable creating processes, building tracking systems, and improving workflows
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus
