We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
$15-$22 per hour
Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback on our services.
- Staying informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
