Akkodis is seeking a Custom Software Engineer for a Contract with a client in Nashville, TN (Remote). This role involves analyzing and troubleshooting existing TIBCO BW production applications while supporting modernization efforts to migrate integrations to Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft.
Rate Range: $72/hour to $82/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Custom Software Engineer Job Responsibilities include:
Analyze, support, and troubleshoot existing TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) applications in production and lower environments to ensure seamless business operations.
Configure, monitor, and debug TIBCO BW process flows, adapters, and integrations to identify and resolve application issues.
Work with TIBCO EMS messaging components, including queues, topics, and durable subscribers, to support enterprise integration solutions.
Participate in modernization initiatives by assessing current TIBCO implementations and contributing to migrations using Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation across integrated systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design reviews, testing, and deployment activities while providing technical recommendations for application enhancements and performance improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience in software development and enterprise integration solutions.
Must have strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and Java Full Stack Development, including supporting, troubleshooting, and modernizing production applications.
Experience configuring and debugging TIBCO BW process flows, EMS messaging, data transformations, and validating integrated system outputs.
Proven ability to analyze existing TIBCO implementations and contribute to modernization initiatives using Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft technologies.

Pay Details: $72.00 to $82.00 per hour
