Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with restaurant operations
• Lead shifts and supervise management and crew
• Coach and develop team members
• Maintain food safety and operational standards
• Help with scheduling, training, and staffing
• Ensure every guest receives friendly, fast service

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience
• Positive, hands-on leadership style
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependable and organized
• Available to work evenings and weekends
