Cyber Security Architect – C‑UAS Network Communication System (NCS)
Locations: Huntsville, AL and Alexandria, VA. Telecommuting may be available.
Clearance: Active Secret with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Leidos is seeking a Cyber Security Architect to lead end‑to‑end security architecture, risk analysis, and ATO strategy for the Army’s Counter‑UAS (C‑UAS) Network Communication System (NCS). You will define the secure design that protects M‑LIDS and FS‑LIDS systems supporting Short‑Range Air Defense (SHORAD) missions.
This role owns the security architecture across the lifecycle—encryption, authentication, access control, secure cloud/remote‑access patterns, RMF/ATO artifacts, and threat modeling—while guiding engineering teams and defending the technical approach to government stakeholders.
