Description
As a member of the Data Center Operations team, the Critical Operations Engineer II (COE II) is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical data center electrical, mechanical, cooling, and fire/life safety systems to ensure the highest levels of reliability and uptime. The COE II applies advanced knowledge of critical facility systems, including understanding system interdependencies and the operational impact changes to one system may have on others. COE II supports customer infrastructure projects and collaborates with technicians, vendors, and customers to drive operational excellence, resolve issues efficiently, and continuously improve processes and performance.
In addition, the COE II provides technical guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to team members while promoting adherence to established operational procedures, safety standards, and best practices. The position also performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
We are currently hiring for the Night Shift Tuesday - Saturday 10:00pm-6:30am
