    THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Credit Operations & Reporting Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the operational effectiveness and reporting accuracy of Credit Operations.  This individual will work closely with business process owners and the Enterprise Data team to identify opportunities for process enhancements and reporting improvements.  Through data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, this role supports Credit Operations in strengthening credit risk management and driving operational efficiency. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

     

    HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

    • Gather, analyze, and report on key credit metrics and operational Key Data Elements (KDEs).
    • Detect and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
    • Produce daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports to support Credit Operations.
    • Partners with Enterprise Data and business teams to research, reconcile, and correct data integrity issues.
    • Collaborate with business process owners to evaluate existing workflows and reporting structures, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing credit operations and reporting capabilities.
    • Foster strong, collaborative relationships across departments to support operational goals.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
    • Follow all established policies and procedures.
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING

    • Required: 0-2 years in accounting, banking, commercial lending or data management
    • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, i.e. finance, accounting, mathematics, data management or business administration

    Required: 

    • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau)
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
    • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Demonstrate ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Preferred:

    • Knowledge in banking processes and practices.
    • High School diploma or equivalent required

    SALARY RANGE

    The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
