Pay rate $45-60/hr DOE

This role supports the Risk Management & Partnerships team, ensuring the delivery of the organization's core Credit Risk Management functions. The position is vital for identifying, evaluating, and managing financial risks to protect the company's revenue and support sustainable business growth. The role reports to the Director, Risk Management with a dotted line to the Sr. Director, Partnerships.
Responsibilities
  • Support risk measurement and assessment processes.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver risk reporting.
  • Ensure effective risk governance.
  • Oversee accounts receivable activities.
  • Collaborate across multiple business areas to influence and drive initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • BA/BS 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or economics from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in SAP with familiarity in finance functions & basic T-codes in general ledgers and sub ledgers.
  • Experience with BPC, including the ability to build reports independently and run queries.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • General knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Highly energetic with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
