Turn 14 Distribution is looking for an Accounts Receivable Credit Associate to join our Finance team in Horsham, PA.In this role, you'll help ensure the financial health of our customer accounts by managing collections, applying payments, performing credit analysis, and partnering with customers to provide exceptional service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems while building lasting relationships, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs an Accounts Receivable Credit Associate, you'll play an essential role in maintaining customer accounts and supporting the company's revenue operations by:

Processing customer payments via credit card, ACH, and PayPalRecording payments accurately and efficientlyPerforming high-profile customer account reconciliationsMonitoring the Accounts Receivable group email and ticketing systemReviewing order processing reports for billing exceptions to ensure daily shipping deadlines are metManaging a portfolio of 25+ customer accounts while building strong customer relationshipsMonitoring customer balances, credit limits, and payment termsReviewing aging reports and issuing account statements as neededResearching and processing new credit applications and account change requestsInvestigating credit card chargebacks and pursuing justified reimbursementsSupporting revenue recognition activities and financial reportingCollaborating across departments to resolve customer account issuesPerforming additional finance-related duties as assigned

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with numbers.Preferred qualifications include:

Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferredStrong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and accounting principlesExperience managing medium to large customer accountsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExperience using accounting or ERP softwareOutstanding customer service and relationship-building skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong organization and time management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamAccurate data entry skills and attention to financial detail
