As a Surface Experts Field Technician, youll repair small spot damage on interior surfaces, such as countertops, appliances, tubs, floors, glass cooktops, and more. Our unique approach provides a huge benefit to property managers, hotels, builders, or anyone looking to avoid costly and time consuming replacements.

This is an opportunity to play an outsized role in our launch in San Francisco .

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete repairs onsite - each typically takes under an hour
• Apply creative problem solving skills from your training to identify the right solution
• Grow relationships with customers built upon trust, reliability and quality service
• Travel primarily within San Francisco to reach customer sites
• Identify additional opportunities and educate customers on available services
• Work as a team to collaborate and reach goals

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail, especially the ability to match colors
• Professional, caring and service-minded
• Work within reasonable timelines
• Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, climb stairs, and kneel to access repairs
• Excitement and energy to be part of something new with huge growth potential

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with your hands in, either professional or hobby, such as maintenance, construction, various arts or trades, restoration and home projects
• Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus

• Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
• Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
