Description
Responsibilities:
Assist with CRA data collection, tracking, and reporting.
Data input in CRA tools and bank required programs.
Coordinate community outreach events and maintain contact information for community organizations.
Maintain CRA files, records, and supporting documentation.
Help identify and document community development loans, investments, services, and donations.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentation materials for management and CRA Committee meetings.
Support regulatory examination and audit preparation by organizing requested documents and information.
Monitor CRA-related mail, correspondence, and community requests.
Assist with policy, procedure, and public file maintenance.
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Requirements and Skills:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of banking, compliance, lending, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
