As a CR3 American Exteriors Sales Personnel your job will consist of meeting with Homeowners, perform exterior inspections, present estimates and create trust with our clients. -Educate Clients on roofing, siding, gutters, any exterior needs, financing, and insurance claims assistance.

Requirements:
-Comfortable climbing ladders
-Able to inspect roofs safety with or without project manager there
-Comfortable working all seasons
-Able to lift 50lbs
-Able to walk different roof pitches
-Perform free roof inspections
-Confidence presenting Estimates to clients
-Have great communication skills
-Have basic smartphone and computer skills
-Willing to learn our CRM System
-Have positive attitude and be self-motivated
-Stay organized and follow with clients consistently
-Generate New Leads through neighborhood outreach and referrals.
-Educate Clients on roofing, siding, gutters, any exterior needs, financing, and insurance claims assistance
-Help prepare estimates but mostly guide customers through the rotation process.
-Build lasting customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
-Valid driver's license
-Reliable Transportation
-Must be 18 or older
-Professional Appearance
-Must pass a basic random drug test

Preferred BUT not required:
-Sales experience in roofing or construction
-Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus
-Experience with insurance restoration and Financing
-Bilingual is a plus but not required
