Minimum Qualifications

The Court IT Infrastructure Professional provides technical support for the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller by installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer hardware, software, peripheral devices, and network components. This role ensures the smooth daily operation of technology systems, delivers Level 2 support to end-users, and assists with implementing upgrades, testing applications, and supporting mobile unit events. Work is performed under the direction of a technical supervisor and contributes to reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the office.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in a professional office, courthouse, or field environment and involves regular travel between locations. The employee must be able to stand, bend, reach, carry equipment, and use tools necessary for hardware and network tasks while maintaining a safe and professional demeanor.
