We're looking for a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join a well-established and growing business in Frederick County, MD.What You'll Do:Assist contractors, technicians, at the sales counterProvide product information, recommendations, and solutionsProcess sales orders, quotations, and returns accuratelyAnswer phone inquiries and support walk-in customersMaintain merchandise displays and stock levelsCoordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillmentBuild strong relationships with customers through exceptional serviceWhat We're Looking For:Experience in plumbing, HVAC, wholesale distribution, or related industry preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environmentBasic computer skills and experience with sales/order entry systemsTeam-oriented attitude and willingness to learnAbility to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
