Requirements:
3–5 years of Sales Support or Sales Operations experience.
1–2 years of team management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Food manufacturing, foodservice, or consumer products experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a Sales Support team of 5–10 employees.
Manage pricing structures, contracts, price lists, customer classifications, and sales-related data.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and KPI performance reports.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support sales performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve business processes.
Manage team schedules, goals, training, SOPs, and performance expectations.
Provide escalation support and participate in quarterly and annual sales meetings.

Our client is a global leader in food manufacturing and innovation, serving customers across retail, foodservice, hospitality, and commercial markets. They are seeking an experienced Sales Support Manager to lead a team of 5–10 employees and oversee the day-to-day sales support function.
This position will manage sales operations, pricing and contract administration, customer data, CRM/ERP systems, reporting, forecasting, and KPI analysis. The Sales Support Manager will also identify process improvements, help reduce errors and business risks, and work closely with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Finance, HR, Operations, and Product Development teams to improve customer service and business processes.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of progressive Sales Support or Sales Operations experience and 1–2 years of experience managing a team of 5–10 employees. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with strong Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills. Experience with CRM/ERP systems and knowledge of the food manufacturing, foodservice, or consumer products industries is preferred.
