As a Corporate Office Coordinator, you will be responsible to maintain a world class reception area at the Charlotte Corporate Campus.
What you'll do:
Visitor Reception
Greet visitors and answer phones with courtesy and professionalism
Direct and/or escort visitors to meetings rooms as necessary
Transfer/direct callers to appropriate extensions and/or other corporate or branch phone numbers
Offer refreshments to visitors and keep station organized and tidy
Make suggestions regarding hotels and restaurants based on visitor needs
Back up support to Facilities as required
Conference Room Coordination
Maintain order and organization in conference rooms
Maintain conference room schedules
Assist with conference room bookings as necessary
Manage communication regarding conference room booking FAQs
Provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting on conference room usage
Maintain lunch and snack options for attendees
Employee Engagement Committee
Assist Facilities with the planning and execution of campus events with HR guidance
Lead committee meetings
Assist with the sourcing of event materials
Coordinate the set up and break down of events
Assist with maintaining committee budget and reports
Mail
Maintain an orderly mail room
Oversee intake of mail and package notifications on a daily basis
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Reception/administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Superior interpersonal and customer service skills/attitude and focus
Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Heavy volume of sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending and stretching
Lift up to 40 pounds
Position is onsite every day (Mon-Fri)
