Edelman is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Compliance Paralegal & Project Manager to join our Legal & Compliance team in Chicago. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with 5-8 years of experience in-house or at a law firm, with demonstrated expertise in global corporate records management, statutory filings, and project management.
This position will support corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide legal initiatives across multiple jurisdictions around the globe. The ideal candidate is collaborative, intellectually curious and detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and comfortable managing complex global processes in a fast-paced environment.

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
