Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and experienced Corporate Legal Assistant for a confidential client. This role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic legal team across a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional legal support and be comfortable managing complex documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining corporate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
  • Support real estate closings by preparing and organizing transaction documents, coordinating with title companies, and managing closing checklists
  • Prepare and maintain corporate governance materials, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and consent actions
  • Manage entity formation, annual filings, and compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions
  • Maintain organized corporate records and ensure timely updates to internal systems
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3???5 years of experience as a legal assistant in corporate law, M&A, or real estate transactions
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance procedures and legal terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting attorneys in both public and private company transactions
  • Familiarity with entity management platforms and real estate closing procedures
  • Paralegal certificate or relevant legal training is a plus

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
