    Description


    A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to join its Fort Worth office. This position will provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys within a sophisticated Corporate & Tax practice.

    The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of law firm experience with corporate or transactional experience and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    Responsibilities
    • Provide high-level administrative and legal support to corporate and transactional attorneys
    • Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
    • Assist with transactional documents and materials
    • Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, meetings, and deadlines
    • Coordinate and organize electronic documents and files
    • Prepare and edit PDFs, including combining documents, bookmarking, and document organization
    • Assist with spreadsheets, tables, and presentation materials
    • Maintain accurate and organized client and matter files
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
    • Manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines
    • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other administrative professionals
    • Provide additional administrative and transactional support as needed
    Qualifications
    • 3+ years of law firm experience required
    • Corporate or transactional legal experience required
    • Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including styles, complex formatting, and redlining
    • Strong Adobe Acrobat skills, including PDF editing, combining, bookmarking, and document preparation
    • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills for calendar management and attorney support
    • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional and polished demeanor
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
    • High degree of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
