Overview:

At Davidson Hospitality Group, we believe our people are the driving force behind everything we do—and we’re looking for a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and performance.

 

This is not your typical HR role. You’ll be the go-to partner for our corporate team members, a connector across HR functions, and a key player in supporting one of the most dynamic hotel management companies in the industry. From onboarding and team member experience to acquisitions and HR operations, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how we support and scale our people.

Target salary: $90k plus bonus

 


Responsibilities

  • serve as the primary HR point of contact for corporate team members, delivering a high level of service and support
  • coordinate and administer HR programs, processes, and transactions with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and consistency
  • partner closely with HR leadership, functional leaders, and property HR teams to support ongoing initiatives and day-to-day operations
  • plan and execute corporate office events including team member engagement activities, celebrations, and communications
  • manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup and orientation coordination
  • maintain and organize corporate team member personnel files and HR documentation
  • support HR-related audits, including personal information and compliance reviews
  • oversee HR components of property transitions, acquisitions, and new builds, including due diligence and onboarding execution
  • coordinate onboarding for General Managers and transitioning employees across systems such as Workday, iCIMS, and background screening platforms
  • generate and track onboarding status reports to ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements
  • partner with vendors and internal teams to manage system access and HR technology processes
  • maintain key HR resources including directories, guides, and transition documentation
  • support benefits analysis and comparisons to inform business decisions during transitions
  • prepare and coordinate HR meetings, presentations, and communications for various stakeholders
  • provide field support for HR-related inquiries including background checks, I-9s, and employment processes
  • communicate organizational updates such as new hires, promotions, and terminations to relevant stakeholders
  • contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and support a best-in-class transition experience
  • take on additional projects and responsibilities as the business evolves

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity
  • hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
  • experience working with Workday and iCIMS highly preferred
  • strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
  • exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • strong project management and organizational skills
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  • ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations
  • experience supporting acquisitions, transitions, or multi-unit operations is a plus
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
