Job Summary
The Corporate Engagement Manager supports the strategic growth and execution of Augusta Universitys corporate engagement and workforce development initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Engagement, this position plays a key role in cultivating and managing a portfolio of corporate and industry partners while advancing workforce development strategies aligned with the academic, research, clinical, workforce, economic development, and innovation strengths.
The Corporate Engagement Manager supports AUs "front door" corporate engagement model by helping companies navigate appropriate university resources and by coordinating internal stakeholders across colleges, schools, centers, institutes, administrative units, and external partner networks. The position supports partnership development, employer engagement, workforce alignment, CRM tracking, meeting coordination, proposal support, stewardship, and follow-through.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with a minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in community relations, external affairs, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree from an accredited college or university in related field.
Preferred Experience:
Experience within a public research university, academic medical center, or economic development organization.
Familiarity with healthcare, cybersecurity, STEM, defense, or innovation-driven industries.
Experience supporting grant-funded or contract-based workforce initiatives.

Pay Band: 11
Salary: Minimum $56,600/annually
Salary to be commensurate with the qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum midpoint) of the position.
