General Description of the Role
We are seeking a smart and self-motivated attorney to serve as an in-house partner to the Companys commercial/sales, channel marketing, and brand marketing teams, providing day-to-day legal counsel across a broad portfolio of alcoholic beverages. This role will provide day-to-day legal support across Camparis portfolio of premium spirits brands, with a primary focus on marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial matters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working closely with marketers, agencies, and business leaders to bring creative ideas to life while appropriately managing legal and regulatory risk. The attorney should possess strong commercial judgment, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide clear, actionable advice to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Mission / Objectives
The mission of the Marketing Counsel is to support Campari Americas commercial objectives by providing strategic legal guidance on marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, sponsorships, consumer promotions, events, partnerships, and related commercial agreements. This role will help enable innovative marketing activations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, and responsible marketing standards. The Marketing Counsel will also support the legal departments broader commercial contracting needs and partner with internal stakeholders to develop practical solutions that balance business objectives and legal risk.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000-190,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
