Job Description:

• Experience in project management, communications operations, agency account management, marketing operations, or a similar cross-functional operations role.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams involving Communications, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, prioritizing competing deadlines, and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.
• Experience supporting contracts, procurement, invoices, budgets, or vendor management is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Client Office, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or executive communications teams is preferred.
