The Corporate Attorney will be responsible for the following duties: Developing and reviewing investor presentations, ensuring legal and financial accuracy; Advising on SEC compliance, disclosure obligations, and governance matters; Providing legal oversight on fundraising, shareholder communications, and investor inquiries; Structuring, drafting, and negotiating contracts for strategic alliances, joint ventures, and high-value deals; Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and risk mitigation in partnership agreements; Collaborating with internal teams on deal structuring, due diligence, and contract execution; Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer contracts, service agreements, and licensing deals; Ensuring contract terms align with business objectives while mitigating legal and financial risks; Working closely with sales and finance teams to address liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution terms; Drafting and negotiating employment agreements, executive compensation packages, and incentive plans; Ensuring compliance with labor laws, non-compete clauses, and confidentiality agreements; Providing legal guidance on terminations, severance packages, and dispute resolution; Representing the company in high-level meetings with investors, partners, and regulatory bodies; and. This department plays a key role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including client agreements and supplier arrangements, as well as managing corporate governance and intellectual property matters.
