Position Overview
Day Pitneys Corporate & Business Law Department is seeking a highly motivated associate with 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience to join our growing team in the Boston, Massachusetts office.
Candidates should have experience in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including:
Ideal candidates will have experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including disclosure schedules, asset purchase agreements, operating agreements, and stock purchase agreements.
