    Title: Corporate Associate, Mid-Level
    Location:  San Francisco (94101) 
    Type: Hybrid; In-office 3 days/week

    Overview: An AM 100 firm with 1,000 Attorneys coast to coast is actively seeking an attorney to join their dynamic team in San Francisco and handle a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters. This attorney will work on business transactional matters, including outside general counsel matters for corporations and pass-through entities, commercial contracts, entity governance, ownership transition, entity formations and financings, and with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions transactions.

    The ideal candidate will have at least four to six years of experience at a large law firm, practicing in a sophisticated legal environment, and will have an interest in supporting senior attorneys and a desire and aptitude to work closely with clients, while developing a practice.

    Qualifications: 

    • The ideal candidate must have a Juris Doctorate (JD) and will be licensed to practice law in the State of California and at least 4-6 years of relevant experience
    • Superior academic record and excellent writing skills required.
    • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
    • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities law compliance, corporate formations.
    • Independently manages significant portions of transactions, including demonstrated ability to manage deal teams of other associates and subject matter experts.

    Compensation: $230,000 to $250,000 DOE.
