Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65.30hr - $70.30hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or financial systems implementation.
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP financial reporting and month-end/quarter-end close processes.
  • Previous experience supporting ERP or EPM implementations and UAT activities.
  • Experience with Tagetik, SAP Group Reporting, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar consolidation tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for Tagetik Consolidation and Reporting modules.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and test cases covering consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations.
  • Manage test cases for foreign currency translation, revaluation, and financial statement reporting.
  • Oversee journal entry processing and ownership/organizational changes within the system.
  • Validate system calculations and outputs against business requirements and existing reporting processes.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with implementation consultants and IT teams.
  • Support system integration testing, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Partner with accounting, FP&A, tax, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Assist with test planning, cutover activities, and production readiness assessments.
  • Develop testing documentation, process documentation, and training materials as needed.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and future system enhancements.

Nice to Have:

  • CPA or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Group Reporting.
  • Prior experience in system implementations, transformation projects, or public company reporting environments.
  • Experience creating and executing structured testing methodologies and defect management processes.
