Duration:  6+ Months
Location: San Jose, CA (3 Days Hybrid)
Pay Range: $55 to $60/hour on W2

This role is pivotal in the successful deployment of a new enterprise performance management system, specifically focusing on consolidation and financial reporting functionalities. The successful candidate will lead critical testing phases, ensuring the platform accurately reflects accounting requirements and integrates seamlessly with existing processes. Collaboration across finance and IT departments will be essential for a smooth transition and optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead User Acceptance Testing for consolidation and reporting modules.
• Develop and execute test scenarios for various accounting processes.
• Validate system calculations against business requirements.
• Identify, track, and manage defects to resolution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience with financial consolidations.
• Expertise in UAT execution for financial systems.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP reporting.
