Join Ecolab as a Corporate Account Manager – Microelectronics within our Nalco Water Global High Tech division; delivering comprehensive programs and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the Microelectronics market segment.  As a Corporate Account Manager, you will build a strong understanding of our customers’ businesses and microelectronics industry trends while supporting and managing national account agreements. You will be responsible for revenue-generating activities within assigned accounts, including developing sales opportunities, coordinating customer communications and presentations, and implementing value-added customer solutions within your assigned national account portfolio(s).  As a Corporate Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of business, drive sales growth, build effective relationships within customer organizations and Ecolab’s matrixed organization, and engage appropriate customer and Ecolab leadership. 


A company vehicle will be provided as part of your total compensation package.


This position will report directly to the AVP of Corporate Accounts – Microelectronics.


What You Will Do:

  • Work with Field Associates, Business Development Managers, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams at the national level to develop account growth plans that align with division priorities and innovation goals.
  • Coordinate across U.S. regions to execute national corporate account strategies consistently.
  • Support sales growth through negotiations of account agreements and multi-site partnerships with key strategic accounts.
  • Develop, implement, and manage account-specific sales and promotional programs in collaboration with Marketing teams.
  • Partner with field sales teams to deliver on customer contractual commitments, including service excellence and documented value delivery. Work with field leadership to ensure team members communicate the value created and identify additional growth opportunities.
  • Develop and grow visible, progressive, and profitable customer accounts that are important to Ecolab’s future.
  • Collaborate with other Ecolab divisions and groups to develop and maintain Corporate Accounts.
  • Prepare effective presentations, communications, and account summaries for internal teams and leadership, including account plan execution, sales pipeline management, and market strategy.

 

Location Information: 

  • Location is flexible but needs to be near a major U.S. airport.  Ideal locations are Albany, NY or another U.S. Northeast Region location.
  • 40% overnight travel required.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Environmental) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry etc).
  • 5+ years of industry sales experience, preferably in the water treatment or specialty chemical industry.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • 7+ years of consultative sales or account management experience.
  • Existing relationships or direct experience within the customer base.
  • Experience working with national or multi-site customers across U.S. regions.
  • Demonstrated account management success with relationship-based sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $142,100-$213,200 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
