About the Role of Coordinator Korean Bilingual 

The Internship Recruiter sources and places bilingual Korean-English candidates into internships, manages the hiring process, ensures legal compliance, and supports intern-employer relations and onboarding.

Responsibilities for Coordinator Korean Bilingual

Collaborate with hiring client companies to understand staffing requirements     and develop recruitment strategies.

• Utilize [ATS] to manage candidate applications and streamline the recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews in both English and Korean to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and clientele through various channels, including social media and job boards, networking events.
• Ensure compliance with [Employment labor law] regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide guidance on [Employee relations] matters related to recruitment and retention.
• Utilize CRM tools for candidate relationship management.
• Support international recruits by assisting with their assimilation into the U.S and their new jobs.
• Coordinates and facilitates training and workshops pertaining to internship involvement, participation, and development.
• Acts as the liaison between internship trainees and their employers.

Qualifications for Coordinator Korean Bilingual

- Fluency in Korean

- Proven experience as a recruiter or sales, preferably in a bilingual     capacity.

- Knowledge of employment practices and regulations.

- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

- Ability to generate leads through various channels for candidate  sourcing.

- Valid U.S. work authrization.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday 10:00am- 6:30pm (1 hour break)

Holidays (After introductory Period of 90 days) New Year Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $57,000 - $70,000 DOE
