Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare, season, and cook foods such as meats, vegetables, and snacks, often for large-scale operations.

• Organize, clean, and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment before and after service.

• Check ingredient quality, follow recipes, ensure correct portioning, and check temperatures.

• Prepare, cook, and present meals, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner, usually 6 days per week.

• Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and ensure proper storage and handling of food.
