The Role

• Operate broiler and flat grill equipment with confidence and consistency
• Prepare breakfast and lunch items according to our recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cooking station
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff during service
• Manage timing to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak periods
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols

What We're Looking For
You have solid experience working with broiler and flat grill equipment and understand the pace of weekend service. You're reliable, take pride in your work, and communicate well with your team.
