Monarch Restaurant Group, Inc. is opening a brand-new Zaxbys in Arizona, and we're looking for dependable,

energetic cooks to build our very first kitchen team.

If you take pride in great food, like a fast pace, and want to work with a team that helps each other succeed,

we'd love to meet you. No experience? No problem - we'll train you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•      Prepare and cook menu items following Zaxbys recipes, portions, and quality standards.

•      Assemble and package orders accurately, with a focus on speed and freshness.

•      Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safe equipment procedures.

•      Keep your station stocked, organized, and ready; help receive deliveries, track inventory, and clean.

•      Support your teammates and help wherever you're needed during busy rushes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•      A positive, reliable attitude and a team-first mindset.

•      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and follow instructions.

•      Willingness to learn different stations and complete training.

•      Availability to work a variety of shifts, which may include early mornings, evenings,weekends, and holidays.

•      Prior restaurant or cooking experience is welcome, but not required.
