What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage all food preparation operations in our kitchen
• Prepare and execute dishes with attention to detail and consistency
• Create fresh juices and craft syrups according to precise specifications for our bartenders
• Manage kitchen inventory, track stock levels, and identify ordering needs
• Design and execute plating for new menu items, ensuring visual appeal and quality
• Train and mentor incoming kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence
• Maintain food safety standards and a clean, organized kitchen workspace
• Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal updates
