Line Cook – Central Asian Restaurant – $21+/hr DOE

Sofiya is looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team in San Francisco.

We serve authentic Central Asian cuisine and are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in food quality, and works well with a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to restaurant standards
  

• Completing daily prep and maintaining a clean, organized station
  

• Working efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service
  

• Following food safety and sanitation procedures
  

• Properly storing, labeling, and rotating ingredients
  

• Communicating and working closely with the kitchen team
  

• Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed
  

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, organized, and willing to learn. Previous professional kitchen experience is preferred.

Experience with Uzbek, Central Asian, Russian, or similar cuisines is a plus, but not required.

Weekend availability is important.

Compensation starts at $21+ per hour depending on experience.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
