Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Cook you will be responsible for the overall food preparation for patients and preparing all grilled items in the cafeteria.

• You will be responsible for monitoring cafeteria food for accuracy, performs taste testing of foods and temperature logging

What qualifications you will need:

• Clark County Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Food Protection Manager Required
• 3-5 Years Cooking Experience Required
• Previous Healthcare Food Service Cooking Experience Preferred
• Prior Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Culinary Certificates a plus but not required
• ServSafe Certification a plus but not required
