My Father’s Barbeque – Carson, CA

Pay: $22–$24/hr + tip share

We are hiring a strong, reliable cook for a morning shift position at My Father’s Barbeque.

This is not an entry-level role. You must be able to prep efficiently, cook consistently, and have the kitchen ready for service by opening time.

What You’ll Do:

• Prep ingredients and recipes for the day
• Cook and prepare food so kitchen is ready by opening (10:30 AM)
• Execute BBQ meats and sides with consistency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station
• Work with urgency to stay ahead of service

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years kitchen experience (BBQ, grill, or prep preferred)
• Able to move fast and stay focused in a busy kitchen
• Reliable and on time — no late arrivals
• Can work independently without constant direction
• Strong work ethic and team mindset

Schedule:

• Morning shift (start around 8:00–8:30 AM)
• Must be ready for service by 10:30 AM
• Weekend availability required
